What is your process for responding to enquiries?
Give us a call, send us an email or fill in the enquiry form on the website. We’ll respond the same day and briefly discuss your requirements to establish the scope of your works. During that call we’ll arrange for one of our management team to attend and survey your project at a time convenient for yourself.
At the survey we’ll discuss the technical aspects of your requirements, any design or aesthetic and any budgetary constraints. We’ll offer specification guidance and ensure we fully understand what you need and the outcome you want to achieve.
We’ll then provide a fully broken down, free of charge quotation.
What if I only have drawings or a BoQ?
If you only have drawings or a bill of quantities, just email these through along with any other information you have about your project to our enquiries email address, enquiries@apexcontractflooring.co.uk . Our estimating team will supply you with a budget quotation based upon that information.
If I am happy with the quote, how do I proceed
Our clients comprise of legal entities across many sectors, corporations, main contractors, the public sector and private individuals. Each organisation has a slightly different method for instructing us, that could be a contract, a purchase order of a written email instruction. If necessary we can advise what form the instruction should take. But, subject to status and terms and conditions. Issue the appropriate instruction and we will appoint one of our project managers to immediately engage with you and run your project.
How is the project managed?
The scale and scope of projects can vary hugely. Your project manager will discuss all aspects of your project, agree installation dates and a program. We will then supply the necessary resources to fulfil your project requirements perfectly. This could be anything from a foreman and an operative on a single day project. Up to a full site team with plant, equipment and an SMSTS qualified site manager over a period of months. All your requirements will be fully discussed and agreed prior to installation. Throughout the project you will retain the same point of contact and project manager.
